Once a bustling team of both domestic and international travellers working out of our central Sydney office, our world changed when COVID-19 shut the borders down. Our international staff returned to their respective countries and we had to hurry to find a way to work remotely. This turned out to be one of the biggest drivers for positive change at Campervan Finder. Unbeknownst to us at the time, this change elevated our service levels 10x fold.
